JProductions is very pleased you are considering our show.  To be in the show, we do need to ensure that you have the proper paperwork and documentation taken care of, 30 days prior to the show.

To get your permit application form please click here along with the appropriate fee (Non-Profit & Veterans may be exempt, however proof of status could be required).  Please note that the application has to be submitted within a certain time frame.  Please forward all of your questions regarding this application to the Department of Resource Management.  They can be reached at (707) 784-6765.

FOOD VENDOR FEE(S)

Food and/or Beverage Vendor (Food Court Only) - Flat Fee $500

$250 DEPOSIT DUE TO SECURE YOUR SPACE
Remainder balance is due 30 days before the show.

Important Information


PAYMENTS: Payments are accepted in the form of check, money order, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard). Vendor fees are due and payable with this application.

ACCEPTANCE: Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be notified of acceptance via telephone or e-mail.  Your payment will be processed at this time and complete event information will be mailed to you 30 days prior to the event.

DECLINED APPLICATIONS: If you are not selected, you will be notified and any payment will be returned.

SOLANO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Information and permit applications are available at www.solanocounty.com or call 707-784-6765.  It is the sole responsibility of any vendor at the TOTAL HOME & GARDEN SHOW to obtain the necessary permit(s).

FURTHER INFORMATION: This application must be completed with details of all food and beverages offered for sale or as samples (see below).  The TOTAL HOME & GARDEN SHOW will limit vendors selling like items (with the exception of water and sodas) to ensure successful sales experience.  The CCF reserves the right to decline any application for any reason whatsoever.

FOOD/BEVERAGE PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD OR SAMPLED (PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY): Please provide a description of products you intend to sell or provide samples for. Include photographs of your tent, canopy, booth, truck/cart (required).
